These Quinoa patties are delicious!

For lunch I sat my Quinoa patty on a bed of spinach and topped the patty with ketchup, mustard, guacamole, and roasted mushrooms. So Good!

For dinner 2 slices of Amy's No Cheese Roasted Vegetable Pizza http://www.amys.com/products/product-detail/pizzas/000103 half a sweet potato with smoked paprika and steamed brussel sprouts. If you have never tried this pizza you need to immediately it is AMAZING!

After dinner treat was a bowl of Gluten Free (brown rice) Rice Krispies and Koala Crisp with a little Silk.
