For breakfast I tried out a new smoothie. Carrot, apple, celery stalk, cilantro, parsley, flax, kale and other greens.

A Whole Foods salad for lunch. There is so much yumminess going on in this salad! Accompanied by a cup of green tea.
Dinner sort of happened in several parts. First I had another green smoothie. I made Brittany’s Green Lemonade Smoothie. It was nice and refreshing and hit the spot.
Then I had about 1/2 cup of my Probiotic Enzyme Salad.
Then later I made this avocado white bean dip and ate it along with some sweet potato chips and lots of hot sauce!
I went back for a second helping.
I also had about half of this brownie to satisfy my craving for something sweet.
These brownies are so good I buy them from Whole Foods and I never leave the store without one!
And as I do almost every night I had 2 cups of my ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon tea.
