What I Ate Wednesday

September 18, 2013

What I Ate Wednesday is a weekly peek into what I’m eating throughout the day. These are the meals and snacks that I had on Tuesday. Follow along and comment with what you ate!

My morning started off with a cup of lemon water (not pictured) and a cup of low acid coffee.

For breakfast I had a glass of juice (carrots, apple, ginger).

Lunch Part 1 was a piece of Millet bread topped with a little organic blueberry jelly and honey soynut butter.

I also had some Trilogy Kombucha

Lunch part 2 was a Spinach Salad topped with some steamed broccoli, a little baked sweet potato, and some leftover homemade sloppy joe from the night before.  It was dressed with Bragg Healthy Vinaigrette. Delicious and filling!

I had an afternoon smoothie…pear, cucumber, cinnamon, kale and sprinkled with chia seeds.

Dinner was awesome. Brown Rice pasta, with shrimp and Dean & Deluca Sauce! I went back for seconds!

I ended my night with a couple of cups of Ginger and Turmeric Tea (not pictured)

and that concludes WIAW!
