started the day with a green smoothie (4 cups kale, 1 apple, 3 stalks celery, 1/3 banana, juice from 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp flax, parsley, 1 1/2 cups water.

green tea (gyrokura)

Spinach salad w/ sauteed veggies and wild alaskan sockeye salmon, and guacomole.

After dinner treat - one of these delicious homemade pumpkin chocolate chip muffins...they are soooo good it is very hard to eat just one.  I usually freeze some of them so I can enjoy them longer!

The pasta was delicious. I loved the brown rice pasta, I added extra fresh mushrooms to the sauce. Sauteed a zucchini and onions to go along with the pasta.

For lunch I sat my Quinoa patty on a bed of spinach and topped the patty with ketchup, mustard, guacamole, and roasted mushrooms. So Good!

For dinner 2 slices of Amy's No Cheese Roasted Vegetable Pizza http://www.amys.com/products/product-detail/pizzas/000103 half a sweet potato with smoked paprika and steamed brussel sprouts. If you have never tried this pizza you need to immediately it is AMAZING!
