How is everyone celebrating the 4th? It is a rainy day here in SC. We have family visiting and we have plans to go downtown this evening for the festivities and then to see the fireworks. There is actually a small pause in the rain so we have some ribs on the grill. I am sitting here watching Forks over Knives, which is interesting considering the food that we are cooking. I am really not big on meat, but do eat it sometimes, but most of the time I am much happier with just veggies or some seafood. Well, as I am writing this it has already started raining again so we will see. I hope everyone has a great day!
