Starting the day with my Green Smoothie

Lunch was a spinach salad with carrots, avacado, and a boiled egg with a homemade spicy honey mustard dressing.

Brown rice pasta

The pasta was delicious. I loved the brown rice pasta, I added extra fresh mushrooms to the sauce. Sauteed a zucchini and onions to go along with the pasta.
