My morning Green Smoothie

1 cup of coffee w/ stevia and a little french vanilla creamer

lunch was a sweet potato topped with homemade black beans (cuban style), and homemade guacamole

 

Afternoon Green Tea (3 cups)

Pre-dinner Spinach, Mango, Banana, Ginger Smoothie

 

Poblano Chile Chicken, green beans, and roasted carrots

Dessert…my plan was to eat half of this brownie but it was so yummy I ate it all!
