What I Ate Wednesday

What I Ate Wednesday is a weekly peek into what I’m eating throughout the day. These are the meals and snacks that I had on Tuesday. Follow along and comment with what you ate!

My day started with a refreshing cup of warm lemon water, and then followed by a cup of coffee 🙂

 

Before heading to the gym I had I made a juice (beets, orange, celery, and lemon).

 

Before lunch I made another juice (apples, carrots, and ginger.)

 

Lunch today was a takeout Salmon House Salad from a local cafe.

 

I also tried out a new tea with hints of chocolate and orange. So good!

 

Before Dinner I drank some Kevita…my favorite flavor lemon and ginger and dinner was sauteed kale with a little salt, pepper and ginger sauce, baked chicken, and I had to make some more of The Best Lentil Salad, Ever! Delicious!

My daughters birthday was last weekend and we still have leftover ice cream cake in the freezer so I couldn’t resist having a slice.

and later I had my nightly ginger and turmeric tea (2 cups)

and that concludes WIAW!
